Following a room preview, Mandi will use existing furniture in your home to create a balanced layout that emphasizes the focal point in your room.  Your accessories, artwork, and lighting will be beautifully arranged to create interest and appeal in your room.  A fresh, professionally designed room will be revealed in a day!

Complete Room Makeover

Does your room need a complete makeover?  Mandi can help you to pull everything together, from choosing new paint colors, to coordinating fabrics, space planning & organizing, furniture & accessory shopping, to designing and decorating your room.  Mandi will meet with you to determine your decorating style, assess your needs and budget, and determine services that pertain to your space and specific needs.

Shopping Services

Do you need assistance finding just the right piece of furniture, or do you need acccessories to accent your decorating style or theme?  This add-on service is also available after a ReDesign to help you coordinate the new with the old, add any necessary fillers in your new room, or to replace any tired items you wish to change. 

Real Estate Staging

To make sure your home is ready to be sold, Mandi will examine and assess the home inside and out, providing an objective evaluation offering prioritized suggestions that will highlight the home's best features.   After a Home Evaluation has been completed, Mandi is available to stage, or redesign, the rooms in the home using existing furniture and accessories to give the home a neutral and inviting atmosphere that will create appeal to a range of buyers and ready your home for a quick sale.

Move-In Services

Planning a new move?  Moving can be an overwhelming experience!  Reduce your stress with the help of Creative Decor, from assistance with space planning & furniture layout, to paint and window treatment selections, and accessory placement. 

Color Consultations

Use color confidently throughout your home with a color consultation.  Mandi will provide professional color advice and assistance with paint selection as well as wallpaper & fabric coordination if needed. We will look at the existing colors in your home, evaluate what you like and don't like, and determine a pallette that works for you and your decorating style.  We will cover color from floor to ceiling, wall to wall, room to room to ensure your new color scheme will have consistent flow and harmony throughout your home.

New Construction/Remodeling Consultations 

Consultations available for your new construction or renovation projects with assistance in the selection and coordination of color, lighting, flooring, counter surfaces, cabinetry, window treatments and furniture.  New construction and project consultations include a Home Planner, a convenient organizing tool for storing selection samples, vendor contact info, floor plans, and general household records.  The Home Planner also provides individual room files, tools for planning furniture placement, and general decorating tips.

Design Gathering
